Kedves Olvasóim!

Ma megkezdtük az oktatást, a valódi továbbképzést. Az olaszoknak csináltak egy külön csoportot, így maradtunk nyolcan, egészen kezelhető így a létszám.

Kezdetben a foglalkozások menetét ismertette instruktorunk, majd a kötelező és a fakultatív aktivitásokat. Lesz tantermi foglalkozásunk és kirándulás is. A menetrend ismertetése, megvitatása majd elfogadása után jött az ismerd meg csoporttàrsaidat rész. Mindenkinek el kellett mondania a keresztnevét, és kezdőbetűjével egy tulajdonságot. Legkönnyebb dolga az elsőnek volt, hisz a következőnek meg kellett ismételnie és így tovább, én voltam az utolsó, na szép.

Eme motiváció után sorban elmondtuk, hogy ki fia borja, vagyis honnan jött, milyen iskolában tanít, és milyen tárgyat. Mindenki középiskolában tanít, nyolcból négyen magyarok vagyunk, két máltai, egy cseh és egy lengyel kolléga van.

A kurzus címe Procejt based learning, vagyis projekt alapú oktatás, ráadásul angol nyelven, ha a címből nem jött volna rá valaki. Félve kérdezem, esetleg szavazhatunk a tanfolyam nyelvének megváltoztatásáról? A kurzust Valeria vezeti, aki szintén olasz, a képző intézmény is olasz.

A téma felvezetéseként egy fát vetített ki, a falra is ördög helyett egy fát festett. A fa lombja az elvárásaink, a törzse a hozzájárulásunk, a gyökere a félelmünk. (Akkor minden a félelmeinkből gyökerezik?) Három különböző szinű papirosra felvéstük ezeket, egyénileg elmondtuk, majd felragasztottuk a falon lévő fára. Mentimeterrel volt a következő motiváció, milyen szavakat tudunk a PBL-hez kapcsolni? Ezeket kivetítette, és szépen sorra vette, hogy melyik mit jelent, hogyan kapcsolódik hozzá, miért is fontos. Igen kiváló élmunkásokból áll kicsi, de annál lelkesebb brigádunk, mert minden kulcsó szerepelt a szavaink közt.

A lovak közé csapott, motiválás után az új anyag ismertetése. Elsőként tisztázta a fogalmat, beszélt a definiciójáról és eredetéről. Mint a parlagfű és a hitelpiaci válság és a méregdrága palagáz, ez is ámerikából jön, az Usából, ott az oktatási rendszer része, és a www.pblworks.org a fő mindenség, innen lehet mindenféle ismeretet, anyagot, Youtube videót átvenni.

A PBL 5 fő jellemzőjéről kellett plakátot készitenünk, utána alaposan végigvettúk ezt, majd Valeria átváltozott Oszlopos Simeonná, és felvéste egy oszlopra a válaszainkat, mi is kell egy PBL foglalkozáshoz. Majd ez alapján részletezte, hogy mi is kell egy PBL foglalkozás megtervezéséhez, milyen lényegi elemei is vannak.

Zárásként csoportmunkában amerikai nagytestvérünk egy kisfilmjét néztünk meg, amely egy projektfoglalkozást mutatott be jó pár percben, majd a csoport kiemelte a többi csoportnak, hogy PBL mely elemeire ismert rá.

A délutánból maradt még valamennyi, így megnéztük botanikus kertet, Jardin Botanico, majd a Playa Bollullo homokos óceánpartján a hullámok erejével birkóztunk.

Today we started education, real further training. They made a separate group for the Italians, so there were eight of us, so the number of people was quite manageable. At the beginning, the instructor explained the course of the sessions, then the mandatory and optional activities. We will have classroom activities and field trips. After the introduction, discussion and acceptance of the schedule came the get to know your group mates part. Everyone had to say their first name and a characteristic with their initials. The first one had the easiest job, because the next one had to repeat it and so on, I was the last one, nice. After this motivation, we told him in turn who his son is, that is, where he came from, what school he teaches at, and what subject. Everyone teaches in secondary school, four out of eight of us are Hungarian, there are two Maltese, one Czech and one Polish colleague. The title of the course is Procejt-based learning, i.e. project-based education, and it is also in English, in case someone hadn't guessed from the title. I am afraid to ask, maybe we can vote on changing the language of the course? The course is led by Valeria, who is also Italian, and the training institution is also Italian. As an introduction to the theme, he projected a tree and painted a tree instead of a devil on the wall. The leaves of the tree are our expectations, the trunk is our contributions and the root is our fear. (Then everything is rooted in our fears?) We wrote them down on three different colored papers, said them individually, and then stuck them on the tree on the wall. With Mentimeter, the following motivation was, what words can we associate with PBL? He projected them and carefully listed what they mean, how they are related to each other, and why they are important. Our small, but all the more enthusiastic brigade consists of very excellent front workers, because all the keys were included in our words. We had to make a poster about the 5 main characteristics of PBL, then we went through it thoroughly, then Valeria changed into Simeon the Columnar and recorded our answers on a column, what is needed for a PBL session. Based on this, he detailed what is needed to plan a PBL session and what essential elements it has. Finally, in group work, we watched a short film by our American big brother, which presented a project session in a few minutes, and then the group highlighted to the other groups which elements of PBL they were familiar with. There was still some left in the afternoon, so we visited the botanical garden, Jardin Botanico, and then wrestled with the power of the waves on the sandy beach of Playa Bollullo.
