3. nap – Libakergetés, de ezúttal mi voltunk a libák

Ma reggel ismét szomorúan vettem tudomásul, hogy megint esik az eső. Úgy gondoltam, nem áztatom el magam, villamossal megyek, habár csak egy rövid megállónyi a távolság. Pontosan a szálloda előtt áll meg a villamos, a végén pedig épp az egyetem bejárata előtt. Az elgondolás jó volt, de annyit kellett várni a villamosra, hogy pont annyira áztam el, mintha gyalogoltam volna.
Egyébként feltűnt, hogy a villamosoknak csak a jobboldalán van ajtó. Itt úgy vannak kiképezve a megállók, hogy mindig jobbról lehet leszállni. Szóval itt nem mondják be soha, mint Pesten, hogy az „ajtók a baloldalon nyílnak”.
Még egy érdekesség a villamosokról. Amikor beér a megállóba a villamos, bemondják, hogy melyik megállóban vagyunk, majd azonnal hozzáteszik azt is, hogy mi a következő megálló. Hát akinek még nem szokott hozzá a füle a cseh nyelvhez, azt megtéveszti ez  a dolog. Tegnap egy megállóval korábban szálltam le egyszer, mivel a sok szövegből az is bravúros, hogy ezeknek a kimondhatatlan nevű megállóknak a nevét akárcsak felismerje az ember lánya. Ma már rutinosabb voltam.

A tegnap említett szabadtéri csapatépítő játék neve Goosechase, magunk között csak libakergetésnek hívjuk. Mindhárom csapat nagy találékonysággal teljesítette az összes feladatot. Ma délelőtt a foglalkozáson a küldött vieókat és fényképeket nézegettük, és néha majdnem megszakadtunk a nevetéstől. Persze némi tanulás is volt emellett, megtanultuk, hogyan tudunk saját magunk is összeállítani ilyen programot a diákjainknak. A trénerünk mutatott még 4-5 másik alkalmazást, amit szintén jól lehet(ne) alkalmazni. Például egy pdf-ben beolvasott anyagot hogyan lehet interaktívvá tenni. Sok mindent mutatott, mi pedig folyton kérdeztük, hogy rendben, ez nagyon jó, de hogyan kell ezt létrehozni? A válasz mindenre az volt, hogy majd holnap megmutatja. Várjuk a holnapot…

A tegnap este meglátogatott étterem jó benyomást tett rám, így a magyar kolleganővel ma oda mentünk ebédelni. Azt hiszem, sikerült kiválasztani a csúcsforgalmat, ennek ellenére hihetetlenül gyors kiszolgálásban volt részünk. Egyébként mire végeztünk, már csak ketten voltunk, kiürült a vendéglő.
A délutáni programom egy nagyon kedves volt diákommal való találkozás volt. Prágában él, két gyönyörű gyermek anyukája. A pici másfél hónapos. Vele érkezett, majd egy hosszú sétával elmentünk az óvodába a nagyobbért. Utána a kötelező játszótéri program következett. Persze közben rengeteget beszélgettünk. Sok mindent megtudtam a prágai hétköznapokról, és persze jó programötleteket is kaptam a maradék pár napra.

Hazafelé a történelmi városrészen sétáltam keresztül, és persze nem maradhatott ki a jó öreg Pilsner Urquelle sem.

Day 3 - Goose chase, but this time we were the geese

This morning I was sad to see that it was raining again. I didn't want to get wet, I have taken the tram, even though it is only a short stop away. The tram stops right in front of the hotel, and at the end it stops right in front of the university entrance. The idea was good, but I had to wait so long for the tram that I got as wet as if I had walked.
By the way, I noticed that the trams have doors only on the right side. Here, the stops are built so that you can always get off on the right. So here say, as they do in Pest, that the "doors open on the left side".
Another interesting fact about trams. When the tram comes to a stop, they announce which stop you are at and then immediately add the name of the next stop. Well, if you experienced with Czech language not well enough, you'll be fooled by this. Yesterday I got off one stop earlier, because it is a miracle that even recognise the names of these unpronounceable names of stops from all the text. I was more skilful today.

The outdoor team-building game mentioned yesterday is called Goosechase. All three teams completed all the tasks with great efficiency. This morning at the session, we looked at the messages and photos we had sent in, and at times almost burst out laughing. Of course, there was also some learning, as we learned how to put together a programme for our students ourselves. Our trainer showed us 4-5 other applications that could also be used. For example, how to make a scanned material in pdf interactive. She showed us a lot of things and we kept asking: ok, this is very good, but how do you create this? The answer to everything was that she would show us tomorrow. We are waiting for tomorrow...

I was impressed by the restaurant I visited last night, so the Hungarian colleague and I went there for lunch today. I think we managed to pick the rush hour, but we still had incredibly fast service. By the way, by the time we finished, there were only two of us left, the restaurant was empty.

My afternoon was spent meeting a very nice former student of mine. She lives in Prague and is a mother of two beautiful children. The little one is one and a half months old. She arrived with him and we took a long walk to the nursery to pick up the older one. Afterwards, the obligatory playground programme. Of course, we talked a lot in the meantime. I learned a lot about everyday life in Prague and of course got some good ideas for activities for the remaining few days.

On the way home I walked through the historical part of the city and of course I couldn't miss the good old Pilsner Urquelle.
